Appearance
A very typical building and the exterior is not much of an impressive-type infrastructure but that doesn’t stop people from coming into this hidden gem in Ginza. Reservation is a priority so better reserve early to avoid the hassle.
The restaurant’s name is displayed in Hiragana and Kanji characters but unfortunately, there is no English translation for it.
Ambiance
A very limited space having only 8 counter seats in total to accommodate the customers. It has a very comfortable ambiance which makes it even enjoyable for the customers while eating some delectable course.
Better have your reservation ahead to avoid the hassle of not getting a secured spot in this restaurant. It’s always fully booked though it is not really as difficult as booking the Michelin starred restaurant- Sushi Saito.
It is very convenient when eating alone, with a coworker, or even for dating. Different customers visiting this place like foreign travelers and locals.
Recommended Menu
There’s no specific “must-try” dish in this restaurant because everyone gets chef’s omakase course. The chef’s style is traditional Edo Style sushi with a bit of non-nigiri items sprinkled in. Also, the grilled eel dish is worth trying.
