7. Sushi Takahashi
Travel time on foot is approximately 2 minutes on foot from Exit 10 and 11 Ginza-Itchome Station.
A very typical building and the exterior is not much of an impressive-type infrastructure but that doesn’t stop people from coming into this hidden gem in Ginza. Reservation is a priority so better reserve early to avoid the hassle.
The restaurant’s name is displayed in Hiragana and Kanji characters but unfortunately, there is no English translation for it.
There’s no specific “must-try” dish in this restaurant because everyone gets the chef’s omakase course. The chef’s style is traditional Edo Style sushi with a bit of non-nigiri items sprinkled in. Also, the grilled eel dish is worth trying.
