Sushi Hirose is located on the second floor of Le Nishi Azabu building. White tiny bricks and sliding windows are the major features that you can see. There are no other spectacular deets to be seen.
The sushi restaurant’s name is displayed in Japanese Kanji (writings) and there are no English translations to be found.
The interior theme is all plain white color. There are a few accents on the wall plus the relaxing atmosphere is a great boost! There are about 20 seats that can accommodate customers at a certain time.
It just perfect and highly recommended for special occasions, dating, and conducting a business meeting in this restaurant also sounds like a great idea!
The sushi master of the house is an expert not only in moulding the right amount of fish and rice but also in making his own signature taste. The omakase course is something to look forward to!
There is no private room facility in the restaurant.
Available Course (over ¥8,000)
Drinks: Japanese sake (Nihonshu), Shochu, Wines

Sushi Hirose – we have visited sensational sushiya with local style during #4stomachsinjapan – uniquely Kyushu, local toyama bay champions. Now we were back to Tokyo, we have the chance to try somewhere unusual. Ryuji-San have no tuna on menu, lots of variety of other fishes, favours zuke marination and #otsumami spread like we are going thru a high-end kaiseki. It is increasingly aware that beauty and seasonality seems to be expected in Japan as a base line rather than a bonus. #tokyoeats #japaneats #japan #japantravel #pigflyin_japan2016 #pigflyin_japan_tokyo #sushi #sashimi #fish #seafood #omakase #sushihirose

I had to sadly ask the chef to stop. I was about to explode. He looked at me quite shocked and asked if I could handle two more, then three. I said two (when it was only one) and he kindly asked what my last one would be. Uni of course! The sushi is the freshest, the most buttery, most flavorful sushi I have ever had, hands down. I would and hope to definitely return! #sushihirose #tokyo #sushi #omasake #sofull #abouttoexplode #fatnotphat
