This sushi house is a hidden gem in the beautiful area of Ebisu. Although it is not as famous as the other sushi restaurants in Tokyo which can sometimes be difficult to book, it is still highly recommended to secure a seat before coming here.
Once you enter the doorway towards the dining area, you will be welcomed by the marble walls pairing the minimalistic theme that makes the place look wider than its normal size.
There are 6 counter seats in the dining area, 4 – 6 seats inside the private room, and another 4 seats in the other private room.
The chef and the staff are also very welcoming to each and every guest. What’s more interesting are the food card catalogs that the restaurant prepared for those who cannot understand Japanese writing.
Here is a compilation of the sushi dishes that the chef prepared for the Omakase course. The taste is as appealing as how it looks. Very tasty and truly made with so much expertise and presentation.
